The West Valley Art Museum, located off of 144th Avenue and Bell Road on the Avenue of the Arts in Surprise, AZ, is open Tuesday through Sunday. Family tours are by reservation-only on Saturdays beginning at 1pm. The total cost per family is $20.00 or $10.00 for museum members.

When you find yourself looking for the motivation to get off the couch, well, you can find it on the easy and well lit trails of the Kyrene Canal. This two mile path is paved and lit after dark, and joins Kiwanis Park with the south Tempe Canals.
